This penthouse has unique, eclectic interiors designed by a Los Angeles interior designer. The floors are Nero Marquina and Calacatta Gold marble in a checkerboard pattern inlaid with brass. Several areas are accented with brass passage doors and cabinetry. The residence boasts 18 foot ceilings, a fireplace clad in Nero Marquina marble and a beautiful view of the city and surrounding hill country.
