Driftwood Estate

The Driftwood Estate’s main house boasts a wraparound porch, standing seam metal roof, and a striking limestone veneer. The main residence and guesthouse are linked by a custom concrete catwalk bridge, which has decorative stainless-steel panels along the handrail. A canopy roof runs along the concrete bridge providing shade and is supported by a handsome single shaft hand tooled stone column with an inverted taper. The one-bedroom guesthouse, which is situated above the garage, has a full kitchen and vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. The natural light from a generous skylight in the sitting room and the soft cherry paneled walls throughout the guest quarters creates an inviting and warm space for visitors.

The estate includes a solid stone pool house, a 2,500 square foot workshop, and a guest house and main house with limestone material and stone veneer that vary in size and pattern. The carport is a solid column of structural steel and stone that supports the galvanized roof structure.
